Neste campo o padr\u00e3o de cromatina nuclear \u00e9 granular e as poucas c\u00e9lulas isoladas cont\u00eam nucl\u00e9olos vermelhos. (x 160)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"\/img\/405_JPG.jpg?w=560\" height=\"366\" width=\"560\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">405 <strong>C\u00e9lulas discari\u00f3ticas indiferenciadas. <\/strong>Em outro lugar no mesmo esfrega\u00e7o foi encontrado este fragmento de tecido que apresenta alguns n\u00facleos fusiformes. (x 160)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"\/img\/406_JPG.jpg?w=560\" height=\"366\" width=\"560\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">406 <strong>C\u00e9lulas colunares discari\u00f3ticas. <\/strong>As c\u00e9lulas neste grupo t\u00eam n\u00facleos p\u00e1lidos mas nucl\u00e9olos vermelhos proeminentes. (x 160)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"\/img\/407_JPG.jpg?w=560\" height=\"366\" width=\"560\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">407 <strong>NIC II: bi\u00f3psia colposc\u00f3pica. <\/strong>Bi\u00f3psia colposc\u00f3pica mostrou somente NIC II. (H &amp; E, x 80)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"\/img\/408_JPG.jpg?w=560\" height=\"366\" width=\"560\"\/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">408 <strong>NIC II: bi\u00f3psia colposc\u00f3pica. <\/strong>Em aumento maior, n\u00facleos hipercrom\u00e1ticos semelhantes \u00e0queles vistos nos esfrega\u00e7os est\u00e3o presentes, mas estes apresentam diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o citoplasm\u00e1tica maior. Notar que nucl\u00e9olos est\u00e3o presentes em algumas c\u00e9lulas. Em vista do grau de anormalidade no esfrega\u00e7o o relat\u00f3rio da bi\u00f3psia foi inespec\u00edfico. A discrep\u00e2ncia poderia resultar da falha em biopsiar a \u00e1rea mais anormal, mas neste caso, tr\u00eas esfrega\u00e7os feitos durante os anos seguintes foram todos negativos. Regress\u00e3o seguindo \u00e0 bi\u00f3psia tem sido relatado e isto pode acontecer porque a bi\u00f3psia pode remover a totalidade da \u00e1rea anormal, ou ent\u00e3o, o trauma da bi\u00f3psia estimula uma resposta imunol\u00f3gica (Annstrong et al., 1984).
