Reconstituir em 10ml do diluente pr\u00f3prio e aplicar lentamente (no m\u00e1ximo a 4ml\/min). A solu\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser usada at\u00e9 4 horas ap\u00f3s a dilui\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nPERFUS\u00c3O INTERMITENTE<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sim. Diluir em 100ml de cloreto de s\u00f3dio 0,9% e aplicar por um per\u00edodo m\u00e1ximo de 12 horas, ou em glicose 5% e aplicar por no m\u00e1ximo de 6 horas .<br \/>\nINTRAVENOSA CONT\u00cdNUA<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e3o.<br \/>\nINTRAMUSCULAR<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e3o.<br \/>\nSOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES COMPAT\u00cdVEIS\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O p\u00f3 liofilizado s\u00f3 deve ser reconstituido com o diluente que acompanha o produto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A solu\u00e7\u00e3o dilu\u00edda pode ser reconstitu\u00edda apenas em 100ml de soro fisiol\u00f3gico ou glicose 5%<br \/>\nESTABILIDADE\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reconstitu\u00eddo no diluente que acompanha o produto: 4 horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rediluido em cloreto de s\u00f3dio 0,9%: 12 horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rediluido em glicose 5%: 6 horas.<br \/>\nMECANISMO DE A\u00c7\u00c3O\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inibidor seletivo da enzima H+K+-ATPase (bomba de pr\u00f3tons) nas c\u00e9lulas parietais.
