{"id":5241,"date":"2009-07-19T20:47:15","date_gmt":"2009-07-19T23:47:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/antonini.med.br\/blog\/?p=5241"},"modified":"2022-02-15T03:28:41","modified_gmt":"2022-02-15T03:28:41","slug":"desenvolvimento-dos-eosinofilos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/antonini.psc.br\/?p=5241","title":{"rendered":"Desenvolvimento dos eosin\u00f3filos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O desenvolvimento dos granul\u00f3citos eosin\u00f3filos come\u00e7a com a diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o das c\u00e9lulas tronco, dentro da medula \u00f3ssea.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Eosinofiloblastos<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: sob condi\u00e7\u00f5es fisiol\u00f3gicas normais, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o facilmente identificados na medula \u00f3ssea.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Promiel\u00f3cito eosinof\u00edlico<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>:<\/strong> tem caracter\u00edsticas t\u00edpicas de um promiel\u00f3cito, mas com gr\u00e2nulos eosinof\u00edlicos no citoplasma. Estes gr\u00e2nulos, em n\u00fameros significativos, pode obscurecer a granula\u00e7\u00e3o azur\u00f3fila. Dependendo das condi\u00e7\u00f5es do processo de colora\u00e7\u00e3o (pH da solu\u00e7\u00e3o de Giemsa), os gr\u00e2nulos eosin\u00f3filos tem aspecto preto-acinzentado ou marrom-acinzentado, cor de ferrugem ou vermelho tijolo das pequenas esferas, que ocasionalmente colorem o n\u00facleo. O gr\u00e2nulos preto-acinzentados &nbsp;(que podem ser confundidos com gr\u00e2nulos basof\u00edlicos) s\u00e3o menos maduros que os gr\u00e2nulos avermelhados e, no entanto, s\u00e3o vistos apenas em precursores de leuc\u00f3citos eosinof\u00edlicos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Miel\u00f3citos eosinof\u00edlicos:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vistos mais frequentemente que promiel\u00f3citos eosinof\u00edlicos na medula \u00f3ssea. A apar\u00eancia dos n\u00facleos e da rela\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00facleo-citoplasm\u00e1tica s\u00e3o similares com os miel\u00f3citos neutrof\u00edlicos. O citoplasma repleto de gr\u00e2nulos eosin\u00f3filos, que s\u00e3o predominantemente vermelho escuro ou avermelhados. \u00c1reas do citoplasma n\u00e3o coradas pelos gr\u00e2nulos apresentam basofilia fraca.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Metamiel\u00f3cito eosin\u00f3filo<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>:<\/strong> ou leuc\u00f3cito eosin\u00f3filo de banda nuclear. Por causa da r\u00e1pida matura\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00facleo, estas duas classes de c\u00e9lulas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o separadas usualmente. Morfologicamente, eles s\u00e3o similares \u00e0s formas equivalentes das s\u00e9ries neutrof\u00edlicas, mas cont\u00e9m gr\u00e2nulos eosin\u00f3filos maduros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leuc\u00f3citos eosin\u00f3filos com n\u00facleos segmentados: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estas formas mais maduras de c\u00e9lulas tem capacidade de migrar para o sangue perif\u00e9rico. O n\u00facleo \u00e9 predominantemente duplamente segmentado com uma ponte de filamento fino. A cromatina \u00e9 grosseiramente situada no centro do segmento, destacado em marca ou mancha. O citoplasma \u00e9 quase completamente preenchido por gr\u00e2nulos eosinof\u00edlicos maduros de diferentes tamanhos.
